Linda Mary Pearce

On Tuesday, September 29, 2026, Linda Pearce passed away peacefully at the Mineral Springs Hospital in Banff, after a long and courageous battle with MS.

A huge Thank you to Dr Hoegh Pedersen for the amazing care you offered Linda.

We would like to thank the incredible caregivers who helped Linda stay in her home, which was her ultimate goal.

Linda was predeceased by her parents Bill and Mary Dixon and her Husband Patrick (Relic) Willoughby. She leaves her cousins Ted (Dale) Mills, John (Esther) Mills, Olea Lindholm, Darla (Rob) Morrison and very special friend Wayne Reed, and many more relatives and friends that she made throughout her life.

Linda worked for many years as the controller of the Banff Springs Hotel and then finished her career at the Rocky Mountain Resort. Upon retiring, she pursued her love of travel and cruised to many destinations around the globe. When her condition no longer allowed her the ability to physically travel, she continued with her love of reading. A huge thank you to the team at the Banff library for ensuring Linda always had a great selection of books.

A private inurnment is being held at the Banff Mountain View Cemetery.
