June Holland passed away in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan on
July 5, 2012 at the age of 84 years.
June will be sadly missed by her husband Raymond, three children: Stella (David) Richards, Ruth (Jim) Rooney, and Joe (Lissa) Holland, son-in-law Ted Aldous, eight grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren. She was predeceased by: her daughter, Hilary Aldous, grandson, Ralph Blacklaws, and by her sister Barbara.
June was born to Frank & Nellie Mounser on June 6, 1928 in Beacon Tree, Essex, England. She married Raymond Holland on
September 23, 1950, and was a State Registered Nurse in the U.K.
A Funeral Mass for June was celebrated in Our Lady of the Rockies Parish (St. Mary's Catholic Church) at 305 Squirrel Street, Banff, Alberta on Thursday, July 12. Interment followed in the Canmore Cemetery.
