Don Mowat

Donald James "Don" Mowat passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at his home in Whitby, Ontario at the age of 54 years.

Beloved son of Leroy and Gail Mowat. Cherished brother of Mike Mowat and his wife Cathy. Loving uncle of Brandon, Jacqueline and Ryan. Beloved nephew, cousin and dear friend to many. He will be fondly remembered by Anne-Marie and his friends in Banff.

Don was a true outdoorsman and nature lover who spent over

30 years living in Banff and exploring the Rocky Mountains.

Visitation was held at W.C. Town Funeral Chapel, 110 Dundas Street East, Whitby on Tuesday, March 12th 2019 from 1 – 2pm followed immediately by a memorial service in the funeral home chapel at 2pm.
